Of course if you want to keep the weight off you have to stay on the diet forever, eating sawdust wafers and celery and ludicrously over-priced diet foods. Its hard but its the only way, or so the multi-billion pound dieting industry would have us believe.
There is another way, however. Some people are naturally thin even though they seem to eat what they want. Some aren't so lucky. What makes the difference? Naturally thin people don't diet and they don't count calories. The difference is not genetic, its about behaviour.
Naturally thin people have different patterns of behaviour, stemming from different attitudes about and behaviour towards food. Happily, using hypnosis and NLP, we can teach you to change your beliefs, attitudes and behaviour, almost effortlessly.

I used to teach this method by a single one day seminar. However many people could not find the time on a weekend and I discovered that it was very valuable to have follow up sessions to ensure that people have understood the method and are able to use it. So I now teach this method in a series of sessions - two or three sessions to cover the basis of the method and then one or two sessions several weeks later to ensure that participants are losing weight, to deal with any problems that may arise and to maintain motivation. I am happy to work with groups of up to four and charge £50 per session for an individual, £35 each for groups of two or three, and £30 each for groups of four.
