Everyone knows how to lose weight, don’t they? You go on a diet and reduce the amount you eat and often alter what you eat. Its difficult but it works if you stick at it. Of course if you want to keep the weight off you have to stay on the diet forever. Its hard but its the only way, or so the multi-billion pound dieting industry would have us believe.

There is another way, however, and its much easier and much more effective.

Some people are naturally thin even though they seem to eat what they want. Some aren’t so lucky. What makes the difference?

Naturally thin people don’t diet and they don’t count calories. They don’t worry or feel guilty about what they eat. They just eat what they want when they want to. Naturally thin people have different patterns of behaviour, stemming from different feelings and attitudes about food. I used to teach this method in a single one day seminar. However many people could not find the time on a weekend and I discovered that it was very valuable to have follow up sessions to ensure that people have understood the method and put it into practise. So I now teach this method in a series of short sessions – two or three sessions to cover the basis of the method and then one or two sessions several weeks later to maintain motivation and ensure that participants are losing weight.
