I am a licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), based in Oxford, practicing therapeutic NLP and coaching. Using NLP, hypnosis (hypnotherapy) and related arts, I help my clients to resolve their problems and enhance their lives.

NLP is a radically different approach to communication and change. It is the most effective methodology yet devised for helping people to resolve problems and change quickly and naturally. You may be here to find out about NLP, hypnosis or hypnotherapy, or perhaps because you're seeking help to resolve particular problems. Either way, I hope my site will be of use to you.

If you're seeking relief from a personal problem you will want to know that, over the years, I have successfully helped many people to overcome the following issues (as well as others which are hard to categorise): anxiety, stress, depression, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), obsessions and compulsions (OCD), lack of motivation or confidence, goal setting, anger and temper problems, low self-esteem, examination nerves, shyness, traumas and post-traumatic stress, phobias, fear of flying, public speaking and other things, relationship problems, panic attacks and much more. I also use Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) in my work, where appropriate.

As well as seeing individual clients, I also give group trainings, workshops and seminars for businesses, NGOs and  charities, and other organisations.

Whilst NLP provides a reliable and efficient methodology for overcoming problems, it is about far more than merely remedial or therapeutic work. Ultimately it is about creating personal freedom and building a happy fulfilling life.

If you're considering NLP to help you make some changes click here for info about what you can expect from working with me.

Browse the site for more information or get in touch and I'll be happy to answer your questions.

Yours,

Chris Grimshaw
